2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the NYAS Cymru Project Unity and Barnardo’s Baby and Me Service.
2.2 Barnardo’s Cymru agreed to provide examples of good practise in producing quality parenting assessments in a timely way.

3.1 The Committee heard evidence from The Right Honourable Sir Andrew Mcfarlane and the Honourable Mr Justice Francis.
